I warmly welcome you to a cozy, 45-square-meter vacation apartment in the southern part of Erfurt!
This quiet, smoke-free apartment—located 2 km from downtown—is just a 10-minute drive from the Erfurt-Ost or Erfurt-West highway exits! You have direct access to the public transit network via city bus line 09 (stop 300m away)—with a transfer option at the main train station (8 min)—but you can also quickly reach the city center by bike or on foot! The vacation apartment for 2 people on the 2nd floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 bedroom! A crib is available upon request, and parking is available in the immediate vicinity!



Built in 1896, the house has been owned by Mr. Großner since 1994. I am therefore delighted to welcome you to my vacation rental. The property has only been available for vacation rentals since 2021. Thanks to renovations, I can offer you all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation, despite the house’s long history. The vacation rental is located southeast of the Old Town, in the Daberstedt neighborhood.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Erfurt charges a lodging tax of 5% on the nightly rate (excluding breakfast). This applies to all guests, including those staying for business purposes. The lodging tax is charged separately and is not included in the listed prices.
