Important to Know:

**Spiral Stairs** Spiral stairs with alternating treads are narrow and NOT SUITED for children or adults with mobility/health/fitness issues. They will limit your ability to take luggage upstairs to the loft.

**Dirt Road** The property is accessed via a 0.3 mile bumpy dirt road that is not suitable for low-clearance/sports cars.

** Insects ** This cabin is in a natural wooded setting (similar to a state park). You may encounter insects, small animals, or deer on the property. Keeping doors/windows open will allow insects to enter.

* **Well Water** Our property utilizes well water, a mineral-rich hard water similar to the Hot Springs bathhouses, which may be more noticeable when using hot water.
