Appartement Green Kööv

To relax, you can go for a walk in the woods. Or spend a vacation at Green Kööv. The apartment impresses not only with its great floor plan but also with its particularly soothing color scheme. The soft green walls in the living area match perfectly with the sofa and armchair, just as the oak paneling complements the real wood parquet flooring. A few golden accessories and some marble here and there beautifully round out the look. There’s also a small dining area and a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a small storage room with a washing machine. Naturally, the bathroom also features a green wall, a floor-to-ceiling shower, and herringbone-patterned tiles. It only gets greener in the spring and summer when you look out the living room window onto the terrace and garden.
The bedroom is located one flight of stairs down. Here, the comfortable box-spring bed invites you to dream, and the small lounge corner right by the window is perfect for little breaks during the day. Green living at its best!

The Green Kööv apartment is situated on a beautiful and quiet garden lot not far from the “Wenningstedter Kreisels,” where Feinkost Meyer and Budnikowski offer excellent shopping options. The “Café Kurve” is just around the corner, and the Wenningstedt Golf Course and the Braderuper Heide are also nearby.
The parking space is not located at the address Terp Wai, but rather at the back of the house on Wiip Wai. Here, you can park for free in front of the embankment or on the side of the path.
