Located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, this vacation rental consists of a combined living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a separate shower room with toilet, and a large south-facing loggia with mountain views. TV, free Wi-Fi.<br>There is an elevator in the building with access to underground parking space No. 42. Coin-operated laundry machine in the basement. <br><br>Numerous restaurants, a shopping center, and the train station are all within a few minutes’ walk.<br><br>The Alpenbad and the Breitenberg Ski Center, with year-round aerial cableway service, are approximately 2 km away (ski bus available in winter). The Nesselwang/Alpspitze Ski Center is about 7 km away, and the Tannheimer Tal Ski Center in Tyrol is about 12 km away.<br><br>Town description:<br>Pfronten is one of the best-known tourist destinations in the Ostallgäu region, boasting excellent infrastructure. Today’s vacation paradise of Pfronten consists of 13 formerly independent villages that have since largely merged. In addition to winter sports, the region also offers a wide range of recreational opportunities and sporting activities throughout the rest of the year.<br>Culturally, of course, a tour of the two royal castles in Schwangau and a visit to the Festspielhaus in Füssen (King Ludwig Musical) are top priorities. As you enter Pfronten-Ried, the residential complex is clearly visible on your left.<br>Take the A7 toward Austria, exit at Füssen, turn right, drive through Weißensee toward Pfronten; after about 6 km, turn left at the roundabout and head down toward Pfronten. Immediately after the railroad tracks, turn right, then immediately left, and then right again onto Allgäuer Straße. After about 200 m, as you leave Pfronten-Ried, the residential complex is clearly visible on your right.<br><br>Directions by public transportation:<br>From the Kempten train station, take the bus to Pfronten.<br>From the Füssen train station, take the bus to Pfronten.<br><br>Pricing information:<br>The prices listed above apply to 1–2 people per night, plus a €10 nominal fee per person for the guest card.<br>The minimum stay is 3 nights; during the Christmas holidays, it is 4 nights.<br>For short stays of 3–5 nights, a surcharge ranging from 10 euros to 40 euros per night applies. <br>Please note our discounts for long-term stays: a discount of 5.00 euros per night is granted for stays of 12 days or more, 10.00 euros per night for stays of 20 days or more, and 20.00 euros per night for stays of 30 days or more.<br>Prices include 1 linen package (bed linens/towels) per person per stay, as well as final cleaning.<br>An additional linen package (bed linens for self-making and towels) can be booked on-site for €12 per person.<br>The visitor’s tax charged by the municipality of Pfronten per person per day is billed separately. <br>The security deposit is a one-time fee of 100 euros.
