Vacation home with an idyllic garden, located near the beach, on two levels, accommodating up to 4 people in a semi-detached house. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a sofa area and dining area. Thanks to the large picture windows facing the garden, the living area is very bright and inviting. The kitchen is located in front of the living area and is accessed through a large arched doorway. Equipped with a freezer compartment in the refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher, it has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is also a bright shower room with a window on the first floor. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV; the second has two single beds pushed together (2 mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV as well. There is also a shower room upstairs. The east-facing terrace is accessible through the living room. A second terrace is located downstairs in the garden and offers additional sunny moments from the afternoon into the evening. The garden and terrace are fenced in together with the adjacent semi-detached house, and a robotic lawn mower takes care of the lawn. The garage is not included in the rental, but you are welcome to use the carport area to the right of the garage, as well as the charging station for electric cars (for a fee). A pleasant 6-minute walk takes you directly to Kellenhusen Beach. There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a vacation with your pet, as your dog is welcome to stay after prior consultation and for an additional fee. Please note that there is also a dog living in the neighboring house. Therefore, it should be possible for the dogs to meet upon your arrival. This property includes an initial supply of towels and bed linens, and a washing machine is also available.
