It`s prime location to quickly access all the valley has to offer as well as unlimited San Diego/Los Angeles are adventures. With new resort sized pool ,14 person spa, built in BBQ area, outdoor games and lounging areas in the back yard calls for fun and relaxation. Bring the outside in with 3800 sq. ft. of naturally lit, modern beauty. 6 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths gives everyone their own private space. Then come together for a game of pool in the game room, catch the latest movie in the great room or cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen. Included are all basic amenities of home, including a laundry room, internet kitchen necessities and lots of little extras.

~We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from October thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

- Home is strictly a vacation rental and not to used for any parties or gatherings over the occupancy limit. Noise ordinance; #847 regulating noise incudes quiet hours between the hours of 10pm- 7am, this will be strictly enforced and will not be tolerated.
Pool/Jacuzzi heating available for an addional fee. Gas propane gauge will be verified at check in to determine amount used to heat pool/Jacuzzi, will then charge accordingly for usage. Pool heating will require an additional deposit of $300-$500 depending of nights reserved. Pool heating not available from late October to late March and or when night temperature`s are below 52 degrees. As it normally takes 12 hours to heat pool water during late spring, early summer. It is very difficult for a domestic pool heater to attempt to heat 30,000 gallons of water during the cold temperatures.
