This private vacation home is located less than 600 meters from the beach in a quiet area of Bansin. Just a few steps away is the forest, which stretches northwest along the cliffs all the way to Ückeritz. Restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and other shopping options are right nearby. The train station is a 13-minute walk away. Seestraße is 70 meters away and is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The semi-detached house features a garden and a southwest-facing terrace. In the summer, the sun shines on a cozy bench by the house well into the evening hours. On the terrace, you’ll find wooden patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. Lush shrubs create a private atmosphere without the need for a fence to separate the property.

On the first floor of the house, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a fireplace. Also located here are the living room and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a small study, and a playroom filled with toys (Lego Duplo, Playmobil, Brio, and much more) and books. From the playroom, you can access a loft with two additional beds (please be careful—the stairs are steep!).

The vacation home is lovingly furnished. The entire house features high-quality oak parquet flooring with underfloor heating. On cooler days, you can make yourself comfortable in an armchair by the fireplace. There's Wi-Fi and high-speed internet, so you can even work here in a relaxing environment. The house includes a free parking space. Additional parking is available at the nearby train station. You can obtain the municipality's paid visitor's cards from us.
