The open concept kitchen feels spacious, and includes a stove top cooking surface, a full sized fridge/freezer combo, a microwave oven, a blender, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is dining space for four people that also doubles as a laptop friendly workstation. There is free ice available as well to keep your drinks nice and cold, and a freezer so you don't need to visit the ice machine every time you need some!



The living room has a comfortable futon couch bed. The TV has complimentary cable and the suite is wired with high speed internet service. And you'll keep cool as a cucumber since the suite is air conditioned.



The bathroom features a shower/tub combination.



Guests get full access to the building amenities which include a communal pool, hot tub, BBQ grill and outdoor dining area, fitness center, bar, on site restaurant and arcade room. There's even a laundry room open 24/7. There's even FREE onsite parking, on a first come first serve basis. • Guests will enter the lobby from the main door and will need to check in with the front desk staff to attain the room/key card to access your unit.

• Outdoor pool and hot tub are open year round, 9:00am - 10:00pm daily.

• Laundromat is available 24/7.



Please note: The pool is not heated year-round, however during the colder months a nice temperature is maintained.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
