Recent renovations combine a great location with brand-new, high-end amenities. This sprawling 2,227-square-foot, single-level California home features a stunning modern kitchen, sleek bathrooms, a fabulous open-concept layout, and expansive folding glass doors that perfectly blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Inside you`ll find an immaculate, bright canvas punched up with vibrant, retro-inspired decor. The living area features comfortable lounge seating, blazing fast 1-Gigabit Spectrum Wi-Fi, and one of the home`s five large flat-screen Smart TVs.
The kitchen is a retro-glam dream, fully equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. It features custom geometric tile, warm wood accents, a stunning matte white Café gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. We also have a teal Nostalgia 12-cup drip coffee maker and a kitchen island with barstool seating. Enjoy formal meals in the dining area (seating for 8), or step right through the folding glass doors to the outdoor dining space.
The entire back of the house reveals a resort-like poolside paradise. You`ll find a gorgeous private pool, attached hot tub, propane gas fire pit, gas barbecue (connected directly to the house line), and a wonderful outdoor hang-out space featuring retractable awnings, built-in umbrellas, a picnic table, and comfortable lounge seating.
There are four luxuriously appointed bedrooms, providing ultimate privacy for your group as every single bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom. (The home also features an additional half-bath in the common area).

We are about 12 minutes away from Downtown Palm Springs, 20 minutes from the Aerial Tram, and very close to all other major attractions.

Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and free street parking is available. (Please note: Guests do not have access to park inside the garage, though the washer and dryer are located there for your use).
Pets: Strictly NO CATS due to severe owner allergies. (Dogs may be considered upon request and approval prior to booking).
Cameras: For your safety and property security, exterior cameras are located at the front door, garage, and sides of the house. There are absolutely no indoor cameras.
Pool Heating and Spa: *Pool heating if desired must be hired in advance for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays; *Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F; *Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally; *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. *Spa/Jacuzzi heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.

In particular, we want you to note that `NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes.` I know, we all love our tunes out by the pool, but it`s just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule so you don`t get fined by the police, and so we don`t lose our vacation rental permit. HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES: By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID). - Check-in time: 4-10pm. - Checkout time: 10am. - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and at least 3 previous positive reviews inside the booking platform. -Local ordinance requires host to obtain a photocopy of the renter`s ID for verification before check-in. - This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter. - Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
- Pet Policy: Only dogs allowed. No cats or any other animals. 1 small/medium-sized dog allowed (preferably under 50lbs) Pet fee is non-refundable and required to be paid via www.airbnb.com/resolutions before check-in. Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her.

LOCAL SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS Regulations in Palm Springs requires every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city to sign and confirm receipt of the Good Neighbor Brochure and the Statement of Rules to be able to gain access to the property. Our local team will be arranging a meet up within 24 hours of check-in to meet you and collect the aforementioned documents and your ID.
As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.
The main sources of violations are: -An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite -An excessive number of cars -Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside) -Trash left outside and on sight
Only registered guests as listed on the rental agreement should be on the premises. No additional guests or visitors allowed.
