Stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, blender, and electric mixer. - Dining table with seating for 6 - Conveniently located half bathroom
Second floor: - 2 guest bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds comfortably sleeps two individuals in each room - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo located in hall for both bedrooms to have easy access - Primary bedroom with a king sized bed, extremely spacious walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity
Lanai: - Fully fenced backyard - Outdoor seating to sip your coffee and enjoy the slow mornings

For stays of one month, a mid-stay Cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $150 is required. For stays 2 months or longer, monthly cleaning of Toilets/Tubs/Sinks and Showers for $200 is required at a minimum interval each month. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
