We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and quiet. The location was perfect—only about 3 minutes from the beach. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 🥰

Highly recommend! Place was clean as we arrived, extra towels for everyone, and super spacious. Kids enjoyed the beach and lazy river. Definitely enjoyed the rental!

This was a beautiful and spacious property. The property was very clean and modern, and the location was very convenient to the beach. Our only complaints were that the secondary balconies off the bedrooms did not have furniture and the bathroom amenities were very limited. No hand soaps, bodywash or wash cloths were provided. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this property.

Good time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue I had was some of the items like a coffee pot were not present. That would probably happen, as time goes on. It was a brand new rental, but no spatula, andĥ couple of items like that, other than that, it was a great stay

Thank you for your feedback. As The Grove gets up and running smoother, the owners are being proactive in adding any missing items that may have been overlooked. I do know there is a coffee maker in the unit. We will check to see if someone put it in a cabinet out of sight.

Miramar Beach - Seascape Review Grove 221

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new subdivision that is underdeveloped. No walking paths anywhere. You literally have to walk in the street and avoid cars. Might be good when complete, but right now not the best. The condos are a great size but way too blah. The couches were stained and gross. The sofa bed was unseeable, we had to buy an air mattress. The place was not cleaned well at all before our use. Crumbs everywhere and toilets stained. Pool is excellent but you are a full 11 minute walk to the beach so make sure you have a wagon.

The first 3 buildings of The Grove are complete. The new Seascape Drive is also complete. The addition of the walkway that will connect the Seascape Towne Centre to Ariel Dunes will begin in the Fall.

Don’t book this property, as it is not very clean and it is false advertising. When you walk in there is sand everywhere, looks like the owner didn’t bother to sweep the unit. I can understand that it is not a beachfront, but this listing’s location is extremely misleading as it is not accurate. The location of this unit is a part of Seascape resort, but it is the last building of the resort making it very far from the beach almost a 20 to 30 minute walk. It is not a one minute walk not even a 10 minute walk. If closeness to the beach is a priority look somewhere else.

Sorry to hear that the unit had a cleaning issue. The location of The Grove is not advertised as beach front or beach view. It does take 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach or guest can park a vehicle at the resort beach lot directly across from the beach. There is nothing misleading about the location.
