Marina Breeze in Twin Creeks

This beautiful Lake home is located in the pristine community of Twin Creeks, short drive to the neighborhood pool, and minutes to the marina. Bring your own boat to launch at the marinas private dock. No boat? no problem! The Marina offers the following rentals: pontoon boats, kayaks and paddle boards. The on-site store will take care of all of your boating needs including gas, beverages, sunscreen, snacks etc… Drafts and Watercrafts bar and grill frequently features live music on the weekends

This is a one level home. There is a gas grill and patio furniture on the back patio and there are a few steps from the back door down to the patio.
Must be 25yrs of age or older to rent the property
No Parties or Events
Must be 18 years of age or older to drive the golf cart
No Pets
No Parking on the Road-HOA doesn`t allow and vehicles can be towed
HOA doesn`t allow box trucks to be parked in the driveway or roadway
