The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" in the Zugspitz village of Grainau is a true paradise for young and old. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" with its 60 m² offers space for 1-2 persons and is therefore ideal for a nice couple holiday at the foot of the Zugspitze. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Bavarian country house in a quiet location in Grainau and is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes or other adventures in the mountains.
The cosy holiday apartment "Alpenrose" with its warm colours offers a beautiful bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and is furnished with a lot of love for detail. From the bed you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Zugspitze. The living room is equipped with sofa, armchair and TV and it has a large terrace door with view into the garden. On the terrace you will also find high quality furniture. There is also a beautiful bright, friendly and fully equipped kitchen with a beautiful Bavarian corner bench. In the bathroom you will find a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. Altogether the holiday flat "Alpenrose" is very high-quality and furnished in the Bavarian style, which provides for absolute well-being tendency.

The holiday apartment "Alpenrose" captivates with its unique view of Germany´s highest mountain - the Zugspitze. Grainau is the perfect holiday resort for mountain lovers both in summer and winter. All around there are beautiful hiking trails as well as the wonderful skiing area Kreuzeck/ Haubsberg and of course the skiing area Zugspitze. It is also only a few minutes walk to the bus stop and to some restaurants and shopping possibilities.
A own wellness area invites you to relax
A further highlight of this country house in Grainau is the in-house “Zirbentherme” with infrared light, which is in the basement and which you can use free of charge. Here you can relax after an exciting day in the mountains.

Die Ferienwohnung Alpenrose hat einen phantastischen Blick auf den Waxstein und die Zugspitze, wenn es die Sicht erlaubt ;-). Die Wohnung selber ist von der Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Lage absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten unsere beiden kleinen Bolonka dabei und sie hatten mit der großen Wiese direkt an der Terrasse einen super Auslauf. Vielen Dank an die Familie Mahr für den reibungslosen Ablauf, die Organisation und den für uns sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Sehr gern wieder.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der große Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Die Wohnung hat alles beinhaltet, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise zwar etwas rustikal, aber trotzdem auch passend zur Umgebung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist angenehm ruhig.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten und schöner Terrasse, dazu ein traumhafter Ausblick auf die Berge. Von der zentral gelegenen Unterkunft alle Wanderwege zu Fuß machbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Aus unserer Sicht ist MAHR sehr zu empfehlen. Danke nochmal für alles...bis zum nächsten Mal !!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich spitze. Der riesige grüne Garten mit Terrasse und direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze ist einfach traumhaft, insbesondere zusammen mit unseren beiden Golden Retrievern. Generell ist die Lage super als Ausgangsbasis für diverse Wanderungen im Umland sowie in den Bergen. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch viel länger geblieben. Für unsere nächste Reise nach Garmisch werden wir definitiv erneut nach dieser Wohnung Ausschau halten. Auch die Kommunikation sowie die Betreuung und der Preis sind herausragend - besser geht es nicht! :)
