The "Albrecht Hus" semi-detached house has been furnished with great care and is located in the Ording neighborhood, right next to the beach crossing. Enjoy long walks along the beach, past its characteristic stilt houses, all the way to the Bad neighborhood. There, you’ll find a variety of shopping options and restaurants, as well as the “Dünentherme,” the health and wellness center, and the new “Erlebnisshus” at the breakwater. The house accommodates 5 people across two floors; in addition to a fireplace in the cozy living-dining area, a sauna on the upper floor provides an extra sense of well-being. Garden furniture is available for you to use on the beautiful terrace during the season.<br><br>The living space of approximately 106 m² spans two floors and is divided as follows:<br><br>First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm—separate mattresses); a bathroom with shower and toilet; and an utility room.<br>Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and TV, one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), a shower room/toilet with a towel warmer and sauna.<br><br>Two parking spaces are available for your use, and there is also a lockable storage area for your bicycles next to the house entrance.<br><br>You are welcome to bring your dog.
