Built in 2018/19, the Kate is located in the beautiful Böhl neighborhood, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Start your well-deserved vacation the moment you arrive at this vacation home, which has been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The sauna and a fireplace in the living area create a cozy atmosphere, even in typical North Sea weather.
On the two terraces, you can enjoy meals together outdoors as well as relaxing hours in the sun. The property is completely fenced in, so children and dogs can safely explore nature. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks to the beach or to the nearby village, where you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants.

The living space of approximately 140 m² is distributed over two floors as follows:

First floor: entryway, living room with open kitchen, fireplace, and access to the terraces; one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—single mattresses), a shower room/toilet, and an utility room with a washer and dryer
The doors to the living room and the bedroom are sliding doors.

Upper floor: open loft with a desk and sauna, 2 bedrooms with double beds (each 180 x 200 cm—single mattresses), each with an adjoining shower room/toilet

Outside, there is a covered area for bicycles.
One carport space is available for your use; an additional car can be parked in front of it.
