This modern townhouse, built in the typical East Frisian style, offers comfortable living space for up to six people and is ideal for families, couples, or vacationers who appreciate peace and quiet, ocean views, and proximity to nature. There is ample parking available right in front of the house, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.

Completed in 2004, this vacation home is situated on a plot of approximately 900 m² in a unique location right next to the old dike. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea and the offshore East Frisian islands. The natural surroundings, the vastness of the landscape, and the fresh North Sea air create a relaxing vacation atmosphere.

The sunny south-facing terrace with an awning invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. The large garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing, playing, or resting. For your trips to the beach or around the area, one free, foldable handcart is available per unit.

The house’s location perfectly combines nature and amenities. The “WellnessOase” sauna is just a five-minute walk away (use subject to a fee). Also about five minutes away is the village center with shopping, restaurants, and cozy tea rooms. The beach in Neßmersiel is about a 20-minute walk away. A bike and go-kart rental shop is practically “around the corner,” making it easy to explore the region by bike.

For families with small children, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair upon request. Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on for an additional fee. To ensure a pleasant and suitable environment for guests with allergies, pets are not permitted.
