Guests can enjoy the rooftop pool and hot tub while taking in ocean views, relax on the sun deck, or explore the lively beach town just steps away. The resort’s location makes it easy to experience the laid-back charm of Oceanside while enjoying the beauty of the Pacific coast.

This two-bedroom deluxe villa provides a spacious layout designed for families or groups traveling together. The residence typically includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with additional bedding, a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, and multiple bathrooms.

The villa also features a full kitchen equipped with standard appliances, cookware, and dining space for preparing meals during your stay. The Ocean View designation indicates views of the Pacific Ocean from the unit, though exact view angles may vary depending on the specific location within the resort.

The resort is located directly across from the beach and the iconic Oceanside Pier. Guests can easily walk to the shoreline for swimming, surfing, and sunset beach walks.

The surrounding area offers restaurants, cafés, and local shops along the waterfront. Oceanside also provides easy access to Southern California attractions including San Diego, LEGOLAND California, coastal train travel, and scenic drives along the Pacific Coast Highway.

-Two levels of complimentary parking. Parking spaces are limited to 1 complimentary vehicle for owners per bedroom. Additional parking spaces are available at $40 per night per vehicle.
- The resort is located two blocks from the train station and one block from the crossing intersection; train sounds can be heard throughout the property 24 hours a day.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
