Detached house in a green setting at the foot of a vineyard, with 3 double bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a shower, 3 parking spaces, 3 restrooms (one in the bathroom and one in each of the upstairs bedrooms). Lawn for sunbathing, grill, fire pit, and a Kneipp foot bath 250 m away. The location is great, not far from the highway and shopping. Everything is within a five-minute reach, yet you can still enjoy beautiful rural surroundings with rolling hills.
A quiet and peaceful, family-friendly house. The entire property is wheelchair-accessible; if you wish, you can drive right up to the chicken coop. The first floor, including the shower, is also barrier-free. A shower stool is provided. The Wi-Fi is very fast and available throughout the house. Young families with small children are very welcome. A sandbox and toys are provided.

There’s also an enclosure on the property with poultry from all over the world—chickens, ducks, geese, etc.—which we’re happy to show you around and which the children can visit at any time. We also have a small fleet of vehicles, including kick scooters, Bobby Cars, and tractors.


No hidden costs. The daily rate includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning.
