Located in a quiet Story City neighborhood just minutes from Ames and Iowa State University, this home offers a peaceful small-town atmosphere while staying close to restaurants, parks, and local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Before you proceed with booking, we would like to let you know that the property currently does not have Wi-Fi, but it is scheduled to be installed and available by the first week of April.

No extra guests are permitted unless disclosed in advance.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). Violations will result in an additional charge.
