Hi Rodd, thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the bathroom leak affected your stay. I do want to clarify that we took the issue seriously and responded promptly each time you contacted us. When you first notified us of the slow leak, we immediately submitted another maintenance request, and maintenance came to the property to address it. When you later reported additional water, we followed up again and requested photos/video so we could continue addressing the issue. The following day, you informed us that there had been “no leaking lately,” although there was still a bubble in the ceiling. Based on that update, we understood that the active leak had stopped. We also made every effort to take care of your other needs promptly. When you requested additional toilet paper and paper towels, we immediately arranged a DoorDash delivery, scheduled to arrive within approximately 30 minutes. We also accommodated your request for a late checkout at no additional charge. We completely understand that an unexpected maintenance issue is frustrating, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience it caused. However, we respectfully disagree with the statement that the bathroom issue was left unfixed or unaddressed. We remained responsive throughout your stay, had maintenance attend to the issue, and continued following up based on the information you provided. We appreciate your acknowledgment that our communication was prompt and wish you all the best.
