Home was completely redone in 2010. Great room with IKEA kitchen outfitted for entertaining. Hi speed wifi, Large screened lanai + BBQ patio + dock, all furnished and ready to dine or just relax and have a glass of wine. 4 bicycles, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use in the garage. 2 min drive to the beach.
Palm Coast is on the 'quiet' side of Florida, but you will not be lacking in things to do. 6 great golf courses, top notch tennis club, 20 miles of pristine beach, many ocean front dining opportunities. Shopping and grocery stores minutes away. The gorgeous historical city of St Augustine is 22 miles to the north, Daytona Beach is 22 miles to the south, Orlando is 80 miles. Airports serving this area are Orlando, Jacksonville and Daytona Beach. In Florida the idea is to be only steps away from the outside, and you are, any place in this home! You have a large screened porch with table & 6 chairs, flat screen TV, a patio with chairs and a bbq grill, and a 24 ft dock with benches for relaxing, fishing and watching the sunset! Our stay was excellent!

Just got back from our 2 month stay and this home exceeded our expectations! A nice and quiet neighborhood and the home it self had all the amenities we needed! The home is situated close to numerous green areas and beaches and my wife and I (and our two pups) thoroughly enjoyed our time there! Having bikes, beach chairs and the plentiful supplies provided were greatly appreciated! We love the St Augustine area which is about 20 minutes away and the surrounding Palm Coast restaurants were plentiful and very good. Communications with the owner were excellent and we would highly recommend staying at this home. Thank you Nancy!

The house was fine, but there was no space to put my personal belongings.

It seemed as if the people who lived in the house simply walked out to go on vacation. There was no place to put away food or clothing, and all of their things were out and around the house. Also, the pictures were a little misleading and not labeled. I thought the house would be on a marina or the inter-coastal, but that was about a mile or so away.

Can I give 10 out of 5 stars? Just perfect!

I am so happy we ended up picking Nanci’s beautiful beach house to stay for our Florida vacation. The pictures online are great but as soon we walked in I was even more blown away. Once you Opened the front door, the house screamed beautiful beach home! From the wall decor to the blankets all the way to the door knobs this home was so beautifully perfecectly deocrated. Amazing view looking out into the backyards water from the living room and the screened in room. This home was the perfect location to all amenities such as grocery stores, gas etc. but even more perfect for our vacation as we wanted to spend time exploring different little cities. Palm coast, Flagler beach area, Ormond Beach, Daytona, and St. Augustine were all well within driving distance to visit for the day. Although I didn’t love Daytona, all the other above mentioned cities, I’ve never quite fallen in love with Florida towns like I did these cities. So much to see and explore.... Nanci was the most perfect host. Interacting with her even before we got to the home, she made you feel like you were friends and not just someone staying in her home which was really nice. She offered out so many suggestions on wonderful things to do around the area. It was nice because she gave you privacy but was always just a phone call or text away. Her home had so much space and plenty of space to put your personal belongings.. she had closet and armoire space for your clothes and plenty of space in the fridge/freezer if you wanted to buy groceries and cook during your stay. She made it known that all staples/condiments you were welcome to use if needed. Just such a sweet, nice lady opening up her home to complete strangers to help try and provide them with the best vacation possible. It was great that we were able to travel with our fur babies also. She made it feel as if they were welcome to and not a bother what so ever. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was and we will definitely be getting ahold of Nanci when we come back down to the area!!

Want to Live Like a Floridia Native on Your Vacation? Pick This Place!

This charming home is a quenticential Florida home beautifully decorated and outfiited with all the comforts of home. Located on a canal in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely screened porch with grill and TV overlooking the water make it the perfect entertainment spot. The home is a short distance to the beach, resorts, golf, shopping and restaurants. You can drive to St. Augustine if ypu are looking for more activity and crowds. I was not. I live in Florida and took a last minute staycation close to home and have rented some very nice homes on the coast of Florida for my family. I would say this was by far the best value for my vacation dollars and the VRBO host was hands down the most responsive and welcoming I have ever worked with before. Highly recommend this one.

Wonderful House and Location!

This is a wonderful house in a great location. The house was spotless, and it was the perfect size for my wife and me and our daughter, her husband, and their two kids. There is a huge screen porch looking out on the canal with a large table and plenty of chairs. The kitchen is spacious and a joy to cook in, and it's well-stocked with herbs, spices, and staples, so all you need to bring is the main ingredients for your meals. The owner is very nice to work with. As for location, the house is close to Flagler Beach, Marineland, and several great restaurants. It's just a short drive to Saint Augustine, with Crescent Beach (our favorite in the area) on the way. Overall, this was the best vacation rental we have ever had. I highly recommend this property!

We truly enjoyed the house. It was very comfortable and the owner was very attentive to our needs.

It was a wonderful stay. The property is close to many things to do including dining, shopping, golf, tourist venues and, of course, the beaches . The lanai got plenty of use and it was pleasant watching the boats go by.

Wonderful alternative to a hotel for the week

My husband and I stayed for a week while visiting family in the area. The house was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The home is well-appointed with everything you need. It's nice to not have to get showered and dressed to go out for breakfast, or to be able to throw dinner on the grill for a change of pace from restaurants. Sitting outside at night watching the sun set by the canal was very relaxing. There are many walking/biking paths nearby, and pretty much anything you need is available on Palm Coast Parkway, just minutes away. The location was very central for us: close to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and Daytona Beach; and only about 90 minutes from Jacksonville and Orlando. The owner was very responsive to the one minor issue we had, and it was fixed within a couple of hours while we were at dinner. We enjoyed our stay and will return next time we're in the area!

Clean and comfortable

This house was very clean and comfortable and had all of the conveniences of home!! We enjoyed our time here very much and would recommend it to anyone....just don't take the weeks we want to come back LOL

Great vacation rental in Palm Coast. The home was very peaceful and relaxing, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and the homeowner was very accommodating. Very close to stores, restaurants, St. Augustine and beaches! Would rent this home again and highly recommend it to family & friends!

Fantastic for Bike Ride

Just arrived from a nice long road trip and what a beautiful place it was in Palm Coast. You really feel on vacation in this house beach décor. The house was clean and well maintained with everything you need in the kitchen. All amenities are within 2 miles of the house (groceries, gas, liquor store...). We will keep wonderful memories of the time past in the nice porch screen overlooking the canal. A very peaceful place. We enjoyed wonderful bike paths that make us discover Palm Coast and surrounding areas such as Flagler Pier and the 19 miles path along the beach, the A1A Scenic and Historic Coaster Byway, Marineland, Ormond Beach Flagler Bike Loop on 33 miles). Nice places for picnics on the beach along the coast. Sculptor Paul Baliker Gallery is also a must. A few minutes by car and you arrived at the sea with it's cinnamon sand. A 25 minutes drive south A1A scenic road or Interstate 95 takes you to Daytona Beach and north to St-Augustine. The proximity of both cities is also an asset to this home. There's so many activities to do (speeds up to 165 mph like I did at Daytona International Speedway - a lifetime experience, walk the boardwalk or drive the beach, do the trolley tour in St-Augustine, eat at the Bistro Deleon for a nice dining experience and do some shopping in the outlets). Thank you for everything Nanci. It was also nice to be with my dog Gaia during our stay. We will certainly be back during an another Florida road trip.

Great time in Palm Coast

Great location for us. Twenty minutes to St. Augustine and 20 minutes to Daytona. Nice cottage on canal for fishing, canoeing, etc. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Owner was very helpful with nearby activities and restaurants. Flagler beach a short drive.

Best first beach trip for kids ever!!!!

My daughters and I and two grandkids stayed July 20-27 of 2014 and had the best time. The house was beautiful, we loved the beach theme throughout the house. The kids enjoyed the dock every morning and in the evenings. They tried everyday to catch a fish. The house was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped with all things needed to cook. We enjoyed a few nights of fresh seafood meals. The homeowner was very nice and helpful. Can't wait to come back next year. Thank you so much Nancy!!!!

The house was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. The house was nicer than the photos depict. Owner accommodated our travel dates and requests. I would recommend this location and hope to stay again when we visit our family near by.

I bought this home because of the location (close to everything), and the view (water, water everywhere!). It has lots of large windows and sliding glass doors which are always open to the ocean breezes.
