Take an adventure under the sea and swim next to the stingrays. End your night with a romantic horseback ride alongside the tranquil waters of Costa Rica. The resort is completely bilingual and there is 24 hour security. The resort has a marina village which includes: many restaurants, spa, bank, cigar bar, fishing store, liquor store, bank, car rental agency, clothing stores and small grocery store. Everyone should visit the Hook Up Restaurant upper stairs from the Marina office for breakfast overlooking the Marina and ocean.

Colina 12A is a well kept perfectly situated condo on the Los Suenos property. The amenities inside are perfect and if you want a great vacation with the ultimate fishing experience you need to charter the Tiger Fly from Maverick. Great captain and crew .

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Bob's place at Los Suenos! It was our first time in Costa Rica and we would certainly come back. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had and connected us to the various excursions. We had an incredible trip to Carara National Park with our guide, Sylvia. She was phenomenal! I recommend the golf cart to get around the resort. It made it so easy! Thank you, Bob, for a great place.

Los Suenos Condo

The condo was just as pictured it was beautiful, Robert was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Having access to the beach club is a big plus and everything is only a golf cart ride away. Highly recommend the Tortuga Island catamaran trip. We can’t wait to come back, Great vacation!!

Our best trip yet

Let me preface this by saying we have stayed at many beach vacation spots and this was our favorite. After booking, I was contacted by the owner and the rental management company shortly thereafter. One thing that had me more excited for this trip was the outstanding communication. I sent many texts that were always answered promptly. We were picked up at the airport and taken directly to the property. We arranged for a golf cart rental that was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo itself turned out to be nicer than expected. It's very spacious with an amazing balcony for morning bloody maryies. A golf car t is a necessity. It's convenient when going to town and to the resort pools. Not interested in the resort pools? That's ok too, there are two pools (family and adult only) right outside the front door. Included in the rental is access to the beach club which was very nice for food and adult beverages. I won't go into every detail of our trip but needless to say, it was amazing. This rental made it all worth it.

Los Sueños

The entire stay was fabulous. Communication with the owner through the VRBO app and with the local manager (Costa Rica Dream Makers) was very rapid and helpful. The resort is beautiful. The restaurants at the marina village were fantastic- much better than those at the Marriott on-site. Fishing was amazing- 3 sailfish, cooler full of tuna, wahoo! The service at the beach club and marina village was terrific. Definitely do the zip line with Los Suenos Adventure Park and the Tortuga Island Catamaran trip. Snorkeling there was great! We will be back!

Hot days in Los Suenos

When we arrived to our condo last week we found the AC not working. The owner and management group did everything possible to solve the situation, including moving us to an alternative condo until they installed a new system. I couldn't ask for any more cooperation from every body involved. I give a 5 star to the group.

Amazing property and location.

Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend this property and the owner was fantastic about sharing information and answering questions.

Nice condo with pretty view. There are a few issues that could be fixed to make it 5 stars like the master toilet makes a loud screeching sound when flushed, there was no hammock on the balcony as the pictures show. Only a lounge chair that looks like it belongs down by the pool. The master closet only had 3 hangars so nowhere to hang the wifes dresses. The master bath shoer door needs so work too it was hard to open and close, and the shower head spits and sputters at you. Other than that it was a nice property.

Had a great time in Los Suenos. 12a is a great location with a perfect pool and within close walking distance to the marina and restaurants. The unit is a large 3 bedroom with a great kitchen and some terrific views. we even got to experience fireworks one night after a wedding on the beach. Highly recommended!

The owner and property manager were excellent to deal with. They helped with information and what to do in the area and making sure we had everything to make this a great vacation . Great location and property .

Preciosa propiedad

No nos tuvimos que devolver un día antes, porque para el día lunes necesitamos conexión de internet. Lamentablemente esta hermosa propiedad, tiene algunos detalles. El internet que tiene es de muy baja Velocidad, el aire acondicionado central no enfría adecuadamente los cuartos, y hay algunos detalles como vasos y copas de vino, que ya no están completos.

Beautiful large Villa in the heart of Los Suenos

We truly enjoyed our stay in Colina 12A. The unit is a very large and comfortable 3/2 with an adult only and a family pool just steps from the front door. Only minutes by golf cart to the Marriott or Marina for multiple awesome restaurants and bars. Bob was so responsive and a breeze to coordinate with. We will definitely be back!

Great place

This is an immaculate property. Bigger than expected. Grounds are extremely well maintained. Pools and local amenities such as the Marriott, golf course and marina are also top notch. Played 2 rounds of golf and saw macaws and parrots. La Iguana is a really fun course. Chartered a boat one day (sunny1) at the marina and cought several fish. Surfing at Jaco was perfect for our level. I did not like Jaco town as much as other Costa Rican beach towns though. Only suggestion for unit would be a bit more toiletries such as soap and shampoo.

Superb Condo in Los Suenos

The condo was as advertised. Clean, plenty of space, outstanding location, short golf cart ride down to the marina and/or Marriott. The property owner was extremely accessible in the months and weeks leading up to our stay. He was very helpful in offering advice on fishing charters and things to do in the Los Suenos and Jaco areas. Very beneficial to my group and really made out stay an outstanding experience. The AC was cold, beds comfortable and fridge kept our beer and fresh tuna icy cold. It was nice having the kitchen to cook up some sashimi each night from our offshore fishing excursion. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time I'm in Los Suenos! Book this condo with Robert and you will not be disappointed. Also, in comparing this condo price to many others in the area, this was an extremely fair price for the size and location. Great deal. Thanks Robert!

The first time I drove into Los Suenos, I bought my unit in two hours. I love everything about Costa Rica and Los Suenos. I had the first boat in the marina when it opened 12 years ago.

Los Suenos is safe, and everybody speaks Spanish and English. There is 24 hr security, room service is available from 9 different restaurants. Professional massage therapists can be scheduled to come to the condo.
