The Haus am Meer is just a stone’s throw away (about 100 meters) from Sellin’s wonderful pier with its palm garden and Kaiserpavillon, and of course the wide, fine-sand beach. There’s another beautiful stretch of beach in the southern part of Sellin. Both beaches also feature designated dog-friendly areas.
On Wilhelmstrasse—the perfect spot for a stroll—you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and other shopping options.
The Haus am Meer is certainly one of the most beautiful villas on Wilhelmstrasse—a street renowned for its magnificent seaside resort architecture—and features 8 units. Built around the turn of the century, it was extensively renovated and lovingly restored in 1999. 
Apartment 7 on the 2nd floor—the penthouse—offers you a wonderful vacation home spanning approximately 75 square meters.
It features 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m). In the cozy living area, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m), preferably for children.
A modern dining area is also located here. From the living area, you can access the adjacent, glass-enclosed sunroom, which offers a fantastic view of Wilhelmstrasse.
A separate kitchen equipped with all amenities—including a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, etc.—is located in the entryway.
The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and a separate restroom with a sink.

The apartment includes one parking space, which is included in the trip price. It is located behind the building.

There is also a storage shed for bicycles, handcarts, or beach gear.
Thanks to electrical outlets in the shed, e-bikes can be charged there.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (coin-operated).

One of them is even equipped with a TV. Blackout pleated blinds in both bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The cozy living area features an internet-enabled TV and a CD player with radio. Wi-Fi is included. If a fifth or sixth person is staying—preferably children—the couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m). A bright dining area is also located here, inviting you to enjoy meals together or spend time socializing.
From the stylish living area, guests can step out into the glass-enclosed sunroom, which offers a stunning view of the picturesque Wilhelmstrasse promenade. Curtains are provided for sun protection. Enjoy your vacation in the wonderful atmosphere of the sunroom with its cozy seating. All the windows can be opened, and in every season you can truly feel the charm of living in a vacation villa from the early 20th century.
