5-bdrm Mtn Modern Home in Tetherow Resort 18 min to Mt Bachelor 7 min to DT Bend

Thank you for staying with us! We would love to have hku nacj next season!

Justin, Glad you had a wonderful time in our home. Issuing us a 6/10 star review because you didn’t read the rules prior to renting seems a bit unfair. From our listing live on VRBO “ Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges ”. Being that this is in a private community and for safety reasons, we request the names of all the occupants in case there is an emergency situation such as a fire, etc. so they know who’s at the home, simply so we can help you. this is no different than any resort or hotel that you’ve ever checked into. None of them would ever allow you to check in without knowing who you are. If you would have read the Vrbo listing I do state in there that the primary renters drivers license is required. This is to ensure you are old enough to rent, and confirming that you will be on site and not renting for someone else. Next time I encourage you to read the rules if you are so nervous to let people know who you are when renting a vacation home. Your other “cooking essentials” item was that we didn’t have a spice rack. We have salt and pepper, but health code is strict about anything further. Your quitters when I asked how your stay was “Yes! Settled in and things are going well. “ We wish you only the best of luck in your future travels.

Annika, We love hearing you had a great time! The whole reason, my wife, when I bought this property was because we were excited to enjoy the Bend area and share it with others. We look forward to seeing you in the fall!

Blake, Thank you for the kind review. We thoroughly enjoyed having you stay with us! We will see you again in the fall!
