Located in the heart of Stralsund’s Old Town—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—this historically protected apartment building, which was newly renovated in 2020/2021, features 6 vacation apartments. You’ll be right near the Old Market Square and the historic town hall, on a quiet side street.
Through the historically preserved and renovated entryway, you’ll ascend the restored wooden staircase to the first floor. Here, you’ll find two vacation apartments. Through the large double doors, you’ll enter the approximately 35-square-meter studio, which combines old-world charm with a modern flair. In the hallway, you’ll find the coat closet or dressing area and the newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Through the historically preserved door, you’ll enter the living/dining/sleeping area, which features original stucco on the ceilings. You’ll find a modern kitchenette equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal: a microwave, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The studio offers seating and dining space for two people and a cozy 1.80 m × 2.00 m double bed with comfortable mattresses made in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. An LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception is also available. So relaxation is guaranteed here.

On the first floor, you’ll find a quiet courtyard with several seating areas where you can wind down with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
