Sand dollars are sea urchins with soft spines.<br>They fascinate with their geometric shape and beautiful surface patterns, which resemble old Spanish or American coins.<br>A mystical legend says they are the mermaids’ money,<br>a good-luck charm and a symbol of life on the beach and by the sea! <br><br>Our semi-detached home, newly built in 2018, is designed to reflect this lifestyle!<br><br>Accommodating up to 6 people plus a toddler,<br>it’s centrally located yet quiet, situated in the second row.<br>A special highlight is the sauna barrel in the garden, where you can relax. <br><br>In the cozy, bright living room, you’ll find plenty of space to spend relaxing hours with the whole family. You can play board games for all ages together, read books, play on a Nintendo Wii console (games included), and enjoy the stereo system and smart TV. Or you can enjoy the romantic glow of the wood-burning stove with a glass of wine and lose track of time. <br><br>The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. All are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fly screens, and blackout pleated blinds. One of the bedrooms also features an in-cabinet safe and a radio alarm clock.<br><br>The two bathrooms feature walk-in showers, a hair dryer, heated floors, and heated towel racks. One bathroom also includes a changing table.<br><br>The kitchen is superbly equipped and includes the following: dishwasher, refrigerator with two freezer compartments, oven, microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, waffle maker, a raclette grill, a small smoothie maker, a milk frother, children’s tableware, and fish cutlery.<br><br>The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer, a clothes drying rack, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.<br><br>Additionally, a baby bathtub, pots, a children’s toilet seat, a step stool, 2 lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, an e-bike charging station in the bike storage room, a folding handcart, and a windbreak are available for your use.<br><br>The property is completely fenced in, ensuring a relaxing vacation with children and dogs. <br>Please understand that bringing pets is generally only permitted in selected apartments—by prior arrangement, for a fee, and upon written confirmation from us—provided the pet is house-trained.
