The 62 m² apartment offers plenty of space for up to 3 people and is the perfect place to leave the stresses of everyday life behind. Your private retreat for a relaxing stay close to nature. The apartment is fully equipped so you can feel completely at home during your vacation: • A bedroom with a large box-spring bed • A fully equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. • A cozy living room with a flat-screen TV for a relaxing evening of TV, plus a desk • For guests who prefer to sleep separately, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room is available for use • We also provide a travel crib and a high chair for this apartment at no extra charge. • Free Wi-Fi • Spacious bathroom with shower/toilet and bathtub Additional amenities: • Non-smoking apartment • Central heating • Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided for you. The vacation rental is centrally located, so you can reach all the local attractions in no time or set out for activities in the beautiful surrounding area. For water enthusiasts, we offer a canoe and a rubber dinghy so you can enjoy a relaxing paddle on the Altmühl River. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is 100% of the total stay cost. Check-in is available between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival.
