This home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and is 2,000 sqft. It's a two level home with a few steps to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First floor: spacious living room with high ceilings, fireplace, piano, kitchen, and a cozy mini living area with board games and workout equipment. • Second floor: Master suite with queen bed and ensuite full bathroom, large closet, desk and sofa; a second queen bedroom with sofa and work desk; and a third queen bedroom with full‑body mirror.
**Home Highlights** • High ceiling Living room with fireplace and TV • The kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, serving ware, spices, coffee & tea • All beds feature premium mattresses and luxury linens for the perfect night's sleep! • Garden house with lots of outdoor seating and hammock for infants • BBQ Grill is available for guest use • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience • 3 portable AC will be installed during the summer for comfort.
**Other Things to Note** • The garage is not included in the rental, but guests may park in the driveway, and there is plenty of free street parking available nearby. • Doorbell camera and a Outdoor camera are present. The front doorbell camera captures the front walkway and the north side of the front yard.
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
