Welcome to Apartment 18 at Haus am See!<br>This cozy 23-square-meter studio apartment is located on the 2nd—and top—floor and was freshly renovated in 2022 with exclusive amenities:<br><br>A high-quality box-spring bed (160×200 cm) with reading lamps ensures comfortable nights during your vacation.<br>A toilet, sink, and a lighted mirror cabinet with an outlet and a hair dryer are located right next to the apartment door. Behind the second door, the shower—with a glass shower door—is separated from the toilet.<br>Next to the shower, you’ll find plenty of space for your luggage in the large closet with a clothes rod.<br><br>The cheerful yellow kitchenette features a small dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as dishes and cooking utensils.<br><br>At the dining table in front of the large window, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the inland lake while sharing meals together. Cozy swivel chairs ensure a pleasant time spent enjoying good conversation, games, and delicious meals.<br>All windows are equipped with pleated blinds.<br><br>For your entertainment, a 43-inch flat-screen TV (Grundig Smart TV) with a tilting and extendable wall mount is available. The in-house Wi-Fi network is free to use.<br><br>On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the sun from morning to night while taking in the view of the inland lake. A parasol provides shade when needed.<br><br>All of our accommodations are non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.<br><br>Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea. <br><br>This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square meters for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. <br>A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private front doors at the rear of the building.<br><br>The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether by SUP, air mattress, or surfboard—here you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn. <br>A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.<br>You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.<br><br>Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the parking lot across the street. <br><br>The marina and downtown are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
