This inviting 56 m² apartment offers a practical and comfortable setting for up to four guests. The open-plan layout creates a pleasant sense of space, while the balcony, well-equipped kitchen and access to the communal swimming pool make it an attractive base for both active and relaxing holidays.Living and dining area: The welcoming living area features a comfortable sofa bed with a topper, providing additional sleeping space for two guests. After a day on the slopes or exploring the surrounding countryside, you can relax together in front of the television, which offers both Dutch and German channels. The open layout connects the seating area with the kitchen and creates a sociable atmosphere for shared meals and evenings indoors.Kitchen: The open kitchen is functionally arranged and equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. It offers the essential facilities needed to prepare breakfast, snacks and simple meals during your stay.Bedroom: The separate bedroom includes a comfortable double bed with two individual mattresses, providing a restful place to unwind after an active day.Bathroom: The practical bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.Balcony: The balcony is one of the apartment’s most appealing features. It provides an inviting outdoor space with beautiful views across the surrounding natural landscape, making it a pleasant place to begin the morning or relax at the end of the day.Family facilities: A foldable baby cot and high chair are available for guests travelling with a young child.Swimming pool: Guests have access to the communal indoor swimming pool, which is maintained at approximately 25°C.
