Ramsay is a central neighborhood in Calgary with lots of character and charm! Our space is an updated 1950`s large bungalow. Owners typically reside in this suite, but it`s can be available for requests and booking. Within walking distance to iconic Inglewood, 4 local breweries, a vegan cafe, a classic diner, stampede grounds, the Saddledome and more!!

✔Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable King and Queen bed. You`ll have access to ✔free Wi-Fi ✔Coffee ✔Tea ✔Parking ✔Netflix ✔Washer and Dryer

Our space is a 1200 sq ft unit with multiple large window in the main common areas, allowing plenty of sunlight for this apartment. This multi apartment building was originally built in 1959 with plenty of recent updates.

There are two extremely comfortable beds in the private bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) which can each fit two people. Perfect sanctuary after exploring the stampede or the rest of Calgary.

The bathroom is a nice size with a stand-up shower and tub, and we have done everything possible to ensure that you will be comfortable and happy in this space. If there is anything that you need, please ask us.

Beautiful hardwood floors throughout this huge living room area and also a large modern kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and an island that can comfortably seat 2. There is a large dining area with marble dining table and comfy seat to sit and enjoy your meals. Coffee and tea provided in the suite with a kettle and a coffee press at your convenience. Plates, pots, pans and everything essential you require for a kitchen is provided.

Living room has a beautiful, comfy blue velvet couch and features a large TV with Netflix. Everything in the space was carefully chosen for comfort and hospitality.

We’ve taken safety and cleanliness as a major priority. We have wired in carbon monoxide/smoke detectors throughout the building, auto locking doors and professional cleaning between guests. We’re also LGBTQ2S+ friendly!

There is one locked room in the suite (not pictured) which is not accessible to guests, otherwise the whole unit is available for guests. The second bedroom will contain clothing in the closet and personal items from the occupants.

We generally like humans but we also tend to be busy out and about and if you`re using our space, we`re likely not in town!

Ramsay is a historical neighborhood situated east of downtown and quite central. Ramsay is home to microbreweries, restaurants, cafe`s and lots of interesting new builds and historical homes and buildings. Inglewood is walking distance and features lots of great shops and food. The Saddledome/Stampede Grounds is about a 10 minute walk.

We are pleased to inform you about the convenient transportation options available in our area. Just around the corner from our location, you will find several bus systems that can take you to your desired destination.

If you wish to head straight to the downtown core, we recommend taking the #302 bus that passes through Inglewood. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the lively 17th ave, you can hop on the 24 bus at the same stop.

For those who need to access the Erlton Ctrain station, the Ramsay/Renfrew bus #17 is also conveniently located nearby. The station can also be reached by foot with a 15-minute walk.

In addition, if you are interested in renting a car without the responsibility of maintenance, we suggest checking out Calgary`s `Communauto` service. Furthermore, getting around Calgary is easy with Uber and Lime bikes and electric scooters available.

If you need transportation from the airport, we are happy to provide a pick-up service for a fee of $50, subject to our availability.

We keep our space pretty tidy and we also like to use as much natural cleaning products and scents as possible. If you have any specific sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can determine if we can accommodate

- *No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. we will charge a penalty fee of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor
- *Service animals only
- *No parties or events
- *Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm on week days and over all respectful levels on the weekends.
- *We have zero tolerance for vandalism or abuse of others in the building and parties/drinking/drugs within the unit or on property. This space is designed to be a home away from home for you and we ask that you respect it that way as well as others privacy in the building.
- * For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host.
-if you would like a physical key, we request a security deposit of 100$, which will be returned to you after confirmation of receiving key upon your departure
-Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet
- Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges.
- Damage Deposit (For All Bookings EXCEPT AIRBNB): A $500 damage deposit will be automatically authorized from the payment method on file. This deposit will be held upon check-out. If no damages or additional fees are required, this deposit will be refunded to you after 7 days.
- The person who booked is required to send a photo of his/her ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes only on the side of the hosts.
- Lost & Left-Behind Items upon Check-out: Please double-check and take all of your belongings with you at check-out. Our team is not responsible for any items left behind by guests. If you realize you’ve forgotten something, please contact us right away. While we cannot guarantee its return, we will do our best to assist. If you request shipping of left-behind items, a $70 fee will apply, and items will only be shipped once payment has been received.
