Now renting short term! Located on beautiful Lake Champlain with a private beachfront, this 2019 home sleeps 14 guests comfortably in 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 4 of which have gorgeous lake views! Soaring living room ceilings and a wall of windows bring the stunning outdoor views inside!

Outside, a private beachfront, a spacious back deck with patio furniture, dining table, gas grill, and hot tub, all set against the idyllic backdrop of the lake. Dock installed June through September.

The space
This is a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath property with 3 living areas and a well appointed kitchen. Our inside dining table can seat 8, the kitchen island seats 4.

The primary suite on the first floor has a king bed, a walk in closet (could work well for an infant/toddler to set up in) and has its own large bathroom with shower and a private balcony.

The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, both with gorgeous views and a loft space with a huge, comfy couch for reading, relaxing or visiting and a 4 seat table for games. A shared bathroom with a bubble tub is also on this floor.

The third floor is a loft space with 2 daybeds with trundles and views of the lake. A total of 4 twin beds in this room. A small desk and chair allows for a private workspace during the day.

The basement has two more bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with a queen. These two rooms share a full bath with a shower. This floor has a rec room with an additional futon bed for TV watching and gaming. A great place to send the kids to hang out!

Outside has a large deck and patio area with 4 Adirondack chairs, a comfy lounge seating area, dining table and chairs for 8 and a hot tub. Boulder steps down take you down to the beach to enjoy the lake amenities. Dock installed seasonally.

Home has a tenant occupied 1 bedroom garage apartment with a separate entrance. Aside from seeing their cars in the driveway, you'll have no interaction with them as the backyard, hot tub, patio, deck and beach belong to you during your stay.
