Beautiful house, Beautiful pool. Loved the beach vibes. The large heated pool was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The home was impeccably clean and everything was brand new. The beds were comfy and the house came well stocked with everything needed. We really enjoyed our afternoons hanging by the heated pool and soaking in the FL vibes. Check in was a breeze and the host’s communication was very quick. They went over the top to make this trip special. I would highly recommend this house and will certainly look to stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! We flew in for the week for our daughter's graduation and there were 7 of us, 5 adults a child and a toddler. There were plenty of rooms bed and space plus more for all of us! The pictures don't do it justice, the house was amazing! Everything worked as it should and everything was very clean upon arrival. The pool and outdoor area was great option when everyone was beached out for the day. Every message I sent to the host was answered within minutes of asking. I would recommend to anyone with a bigger family looking for somewhere to stay. It has lots of stores and amenities very close and the beach is only a 10 minute drive!

After spending 20 years staying at our lake house we decided to switch it up & book this house . It did not disappoint! The house is located in an established neighborhood. Its very spacious & the pool was perfect for the 10 of us to relax & enjoy ourselves. The game room was perfect for the rainy days & hanging out after dinner. The host was very quick with communicating right away which is key when you have questions. The house was clean & the garage fridge was a bonus for having extra beverages cold. They have plenty of beach chairs which we used by the pool & they had plenty of pool towels which made it convenient. The washer & dryer is a bonus . We did have to wash our bath towels for our 4 day stay but not an issue & laundry soap was provided. The kitchen has just about everything you would need for cooking. They have a grill & we did use that for one of our dinners. The beds were comfortable & the rooms are spacious as well and decorated nicely. Its about a 15 minute drive to the beach . We really did enjoy ourselves and we highly recommend this house. Look forward to booking there again .

WOW! A Fantastic visit to Seminole/St Pete area. The house is splendid, EVERYTHING seems new and fresh. 5 adults were there and ALL of us enjoyed the super comfortable beds with great sleeping. New appliances, pots and pans, dish-wares, nice coffee maker, great spice rack, SHARP knives and boatloads of cabinets to store our stuff. SO . . . that made the kitchen process easy and fun. Two A/C units to keep us cool. 1 fridge in kitchen AND 1 in the garage gave us tons of space for massive amounts of food and drink. POOL AREA was AMAZING. Great chairs, towels, two nice tables for card playing and dinnertime festivities. Also a real friendly neighbor JOHN who had wonderful suggestions for local food when going out and other local activities. Great trip. AHH LASTLY, communications with Gregg and Michele were awesome with ANY & ALL questions answered immediately. Check in and check out instructions were timely and very easy to follow. WE WILL RETURN.

This was my 1st VRBO experience. The house was everything I could ask for. There were 5 of us and we had the most amazing time. It was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The heated pool was a big hit. The game room was great. We came from all over the country to do some deep sea fishing. We were able to enjoy every part of Tampa Bay. From the restaurants to the beaches. A great time was had by all. I will bring the wife and the 2 of us will stay in the 5 bedroom house. For the price and level of comfort and fun, you can't beat it. Thank you for making my birthday trip and bucket list adventure a memorable one.

We had a excellent week stay here. House and pool were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals every night. Beds were comfy and had adaquate blankets and pillows! Great location! Quick drive to the beach and grocery stores. Host was very responsive if I reached out about anything. A/C was perfect, never thought once about it being too hot or cold in the house. House has 2 fridges which was great for us to keep our drinks in one and food in the other! One thing to note if you are staying here is there is a small step up or down into each room on the first floor. Just something to be aware of if you have small children. Lots of options for outdoor seating and the curtains that you can put down for the gazebo to block the afternoon sun and get some shade is amazing!!! Great time was had by all! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! Make sure you stop over at Indian Rocks Beach and catch a sunset, they are amazing! If you go over to IRB you must stop at Beverly's Ice Cream! The people that work there were so sweet and the ice cream is delicious ( also the line was much shorter then the ice cream shop with 150 flavors)!!
