It offers 72 m² of space and a quiet location. “Vechtestrand” is located just 400 m from the city center of Nordhorn, so all shopping options are within walking distance.<br><br><br><br>Information on additional costs and fees:<br><br><br><br>Electricity, water, and heating are included.<br><br>Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br><br><br>Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free, digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to enjoy numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.<br><br><br><br>A parking space is available free of charge right next to the house.<br><br><br><br>On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a cozy sitting area featuring a wood-burning stove, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A modern air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.<br><br><br><br>On the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds and additional TVs. For our younger guests, a travel crib (please bring your own comforter, pillow, and sheets) and a high chair are available.
