You will have full and private access to the entire home, yard, and all amenities. Self-check-in is simple and secure with a digital lock; your unique code will be sent before arrival.

Free, private parking is available on the driveway for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Please note that street parking is also available for up to 2 additional cars.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or anyone in their party.
Any repair or replacement costs will be communicated to the guest.

Parties & Events

- Events are allowed with host approval.
- Event fees and refundable security deposits vary depending on the event.
- Parties and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and may result in a $3,500 penalty.
- If we suspect such activity, we may contact the guest for clarification.
- Failure to respond may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

Pets must be kept off furniture and beds.

Pool is not heated.
Professionally maintained weekly.
No lifeguard on duty; use at your own risk.

Booking & Guest Standards

New or unreviewed profiles may require approval.
A signed rental agreement is required before arrival.

A $500 refundable security deposit may be required based on the guest count/profile and reservation.
- The deposit is refundable after checkout, provided there are no damages, missing items, or violations of the house rules.
- If applicable, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout.
