Villa Santi with whirlpool, sauna and heated pool from May to the end of September

The impressive Villa Santi offers a romantic vacation atmosphere

Spanning 265 square meters, Villa Santi offers a romantic vacation atmosphere. Villa Santi is built like a small castle with two enchanting residential towers. Between the two wings, there is a shaded nook furnished with garden furniture. A terrace canopy made of wooden beams provides gentle shade and accentuates the stately appearance. To the right and left of the recess, patio doors lead either to the wellness oasis or to the open living, dining, and kitchen area, which welcomes guests with its bright and inviting atmosphere. The rustic wood-burning stove, nestled in the corner, immediately catches the eye. The beige sofa beds are perfect for relaxing with a good book or a glass of wine. Right next to them is the spacious dining area, which seats ten people. The exclusive L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with a raised stove and microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, an extra refrigerator, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Villa Santi’s interior features striking contrasts: the living area has a cream-colored tile floor accented with brown mosaic patterns. You’ll be delighted by the tasteful details and decorations. Brown ceiling beams, beige walls and curtains, and rustic, dark furniture emphasize the warm and cozy country house atmosphere.

The wellness area is the perfect place to relax

For sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation, there is a small wellness area equipped with a fitness corner, a Finnish sauna, and a comfortable Jacuzzi. An LCD TV provides the perfect entertainment. The five bedrooms on the upper floor are also beautifully appointed—a dream come true. Featuring warm hardwood floors and solid wood furniture, they exude a sense of coziness. A wonderful place to unwind. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom, which reflects the rustic country house theme and is furnished with designer bathroom fixtures and high-quality fittings. Each bathroom features either a bathtub or a walk-in luxury shower.

Enjoy your exclusive outdoor sunning spot

Villa Santi is situated on a slight elevation. From the terrace, you can therefore enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding green forests. Cool off in your private pool and look forward to relaxing hours in the sun on the comfortable lounge chairs. The wraparound wooden terrace offers plenty of space, ensuring that every guest can find their favorite spot. After a long day of sunbathing, spend carefree evenings enjoying a delicious barbecue in the purpose-built outdoor kitchen. Fully covered, the 45-square-meter terrace offers plenty of shade and shelter in any weather. As in the indoor area, solid, high-quality furniture has been selected here as well. You can round off the evening at the large table that seats a total of ten people.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. There is a small library and a selection of fine wines. Guests arriving by car will find their own private parking space on the approximately 1,300-square-meter property.
