The open-concept layout combines a comfortable sofa area with a dining area, where you can spend cozy evenings with your loved ones. The TV in the living room provides entertainment, and the underfloor heating makes the atmosphere particularly cozy. From here, you have access to your own west-facing terrace with a garden, a traditional Sylt-style earthen wall, a beach chair, and patio furniture (seasonal). The fully equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Also on this level is the shower room, complete with a toilet and sink. A staircase leads down to the basement. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a TV. There is also a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, towel warmer, and toilet, as well as a bathtub where you can relax and warm up on cold winter days. A washer and dryer are also at your disposal. The parking space is located directly in front of the house.
