This 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 76 square meters) with a private entrance is located on the border between Westerland and Wenningstedt. A bakery, a supermarket, a bike rental shop, and a bus stop are all within easy walking distance. On the first floor, you’ll find a modern living/dining room (with a flat-screen TV) that’s perfect for gathering together. The living room features an electric fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere. From there, you have access to the south/west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in comfortable garden chairs and a beach chair. The terrace is completely surrounded by a stone wall. Also on the first floor is a fully equipped, high-quality open kitchen with a filter coffee maker and a coffee pod machine, as well as a modern guest bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack. A washer-dryer combo is located in the storage closet on the first floor. In the basement, there are two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV, double beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, and large built-in closets. One of the two bedrooms features a walk-in closet with a safe. The modern shower room, complete with a toilet and heated towel rack, includes a sauna—perfect for relaxation, not just on cold days.
In a separate storage room, you’ll find household items (clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, etc.). The apartment, of course, has free Wi-Fi and underfloor heating in all rooms. Right at the building’s entrance, there is a bike rack for four
bikes and a parking space. Please note that only two small (max. knee-high) dogs are permitted in this vacation rental (€10 per pet per day).
