Cozy wooden cabin (100 square meters) right next to the Astauwinkel 4-person chairlift (=direct access to the slopes without a car) and the Donnerkogel gondola!<br>Two 11-kW charging stations from SalzburgAG are only about 50 meters away!<br>Equipped with underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove (3 viewing windows), Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a hi-fi system (Yamaha), a crib, and 2 high chairs (free of charge!)<br>A heated indoor pool with a sauna (free of charge!; closed from 06.04.26-24.04.26 and 03.05.26-21.05.26; as well as 02.11.26-10.12.26 and open from 04.04.27!), ) is just about 100 meters away, along with a ski rental shop, a small supermarket (bread roll delivery service!), and a small restaurant!<br><br>Please note that a cleaning fee of 150 euros + 40 euros for all bed linens + 2 sets of towels (large and small) = 190 euros must be paid on site!<br><br>From the idyllic sun terrace or the large sunroom, you can enjoy the view of the Salzburg Dolomites. The sunroom invites you to read or relax in the rattan lounge area with two reading loungers, and thanks to the underfloor heating, it’s also perfect as a playroom for the little ones!<br><br>In a fully equipped and exclusive solid-wood kitchen (with a fully automatic coffee/espresso machine), you can treat yourself and your family to a home-cooked meal or enjoy a fine dining experience at the nearby mountain inn. <br>The house is located at an elevation of nearly 1,000 meters in Austria’s most family-friendly ski resort, which guarantees snow (thanks to snowmaking systems). You can head straight from your front door into the DachsteinWest ski area or enjoy a wide range of activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. A parking space is available right here at the entrance to the house! Experience authentic mountain hut evenings in this cozy wooden house!<br><br><br>Trekking, hiking, swimming,....:: Just 1,500 meters away, you’ll find a beautiful alpine pasture area with a wide variety of hiking options., Whether you hike to the Stuhlalm, the Edtalmhütte, or the Breininghütte on the Zwieselalm, you’ll be accompanied by cows, horses, and breathtaking views of the Dachstein Glacier, the Gosaukamm, the Tennengebirge, and the Bischofsmütze. There are also opportunities for easy walks (even with strollers) and gentle hikes suitable for children and seniors. And if you don’t feel like hiking, you can spend the whole day soaking up the sun on our two terraces with stunning views of the surrounding mountains! There are many swimming lakes in the region, a heated indoor pool with a sauna in our main building (with a restaurant and mini-shop/bakery service), and a water park in Golling!<br><br>Mountain Biking: The Dachstein-West region is a truly excellent area for mountain bike tours of all difficulty levels. Several top tours pass almost right by the house: the Transalp from Salzburg to Hermargor, the Dachstein Loop (173 km, 4,600 m elevation gain), the Salzburg Alpine Pasture Tour (146 km, 4,170 m elevation gain), the Edtalm Route (24.6 km), the Hornspitz Route (21.7 km), and the Kresl Route (17.5 km), etc. All routes are well-marked, and cozy inns and alpine huts invite you to take a break.
