The 58 m² vacation apartment on Juist is located on the first floor and features two separate bedrooms, a large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a sunny balcony. Light colors and plenty of natural light give the apartment a very welcoming atmosphere. On cooler days, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the rooms.

The bright living room, with a cozy couch area and Smart TV, offers the perfect opportunity to relax thoroughly. On the other side of the room, a modern kitchenette is available for convenient self-catering—including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine (fully automatic with capsules). The living room is also furnished with a dining table.

When you book our “ALFA” vacation rental, you’ll get sunshine and fresh North Sea air right along with it! You can enjoy wonderful hours in the sun on the nicely furnished, wind-protected balcony. It’s the perfect spot to read a good book in peace or simply unwind.

The two separate bedrooms in the vacation rental on Juist are furnished with a double bed and two single beds, respectively. Both bedrooms also feature a TV. Blackout curtains are available to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The vacation rental on Juist is wheelchair-accessible (featuring, among other things, a walk-in shower and an elevator in the building).

General Information: Free Wi-Fi is available—at no charge, of course. A high chair and a crib are standard features. A washer and dryer are available in the vacation rental for your laundry needs. Items such as an ironing board, iron, and clothes rack are also available for shared use. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. There is a separate storage area for bicycles. The apartment faces north (toward the Kurhaus). Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

Enjoy a wonderful vacation in beautiful Töwerland! Our “Haus Talita” is situated in a stunning location at the upper edge of the dunes. The sandy beach is right nearby, so after your vacation breakfast, you can head straight out for a sunny day at the beach or a stroll along the shore.

In just a few minutes, you can also reach the town center, which invites you to stroll among its small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Or how about a wellness day in 30° seawater? The seawater adventure pool with whirlpools, a sun deck, a solarium, and much more is also just a few minutes away from the house.
