You’ll find a comfortable living and dining room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a high-quality kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a shower.<br><br>For cozy moments together, the living area is equipped with a couch, a modern Ambilight TV, a radio, and a DVD/Blu-ray player, among other amenities. <br><br>Sunshine and fresh North Sea air ensure wonderful moments of relaxation during your vacation on Borkum! The “Steuerbord” vacation rental features a large balcony facing southeast, where you can relax in complete privacy. You’re also welcome to use the building’s small communal garden, which includes a permanent grill area.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen ensures a comfortable self-catering experience. The town center, with its many shopping options, as well as clinics and a public parking lot, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The island’s train station is also in the immediate vicinity. Particularly noteworthy is the “Strandhaus”’s exceptional location. The beach is just 50 m away. With its magnificent dunes, it’s perfect for long walks. The main beach and the promenade, with its many restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>About the house:<br><br>This family-friendly vacation home offers four high-quality, non-smoking apartments for two to five people. The apartments range in size from 48 to 88 m² and each features a terrace or balcony. From all apartments, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the dunes and the Borkum lighthouse. In the “Luv” and “Lee” apartments, located on the first floor, you’re welcome to bring your beloved dog. From the “Backbord” apartment on the upper floor, you can even see the ocean surf.<br><br>Amenities:<br><br>All apartments feature free Wi-Fi and large TVs in both the living rooms and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchens feature, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.
