The Space:

Tucked into a quiet Rockport neighborhood, this bright and welcoming two bedroom home is the perfect spot for a relaxing coastal getaway. With hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light, the space feels warm, inviting, and comfortable for both short visits and longer stays.

The home comfortably sleeps four guests, or up to six when using the sleeper sofa in the living room.

The full bathroom is located on the second floor and includes a full shower.



The kitchen is bright and welcoming, fully equipped for daily cooking with a flat top stove, dishwasher, Keurig single serve coffee maker, and a dining table that seats six. The living room feels comfortable and relaxed, featuring a large area rug, a sofa that converts into a sleeper, two chairs, and a smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming apps after a day exploring the coast.



Outside, enjoy the front garden and patio area. The patio includes two Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining set for six, and a propane grill, perfect for summer meals or morning coffee outside.



Located close to Rockport’s shops, galleries, beaches, and harbor, you’ll also be near some great local restaurants. Favorites include The Fish Shack for fresh seafood and Feather & Wedge for a memorable dining experience.



Please keep in mind:

-The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

-Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies.

Damage: Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Damage related to pets is not covered under this waiver.
