Outside, relax in the Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal on the patio using the propane grill.



The Space:

Set in a peaceful residential area of Rockport, this two-bedroom house provides an easy home base for exploring the North Shore. It accommodates four guests in beds, with room for two additional guests on the living room’s pullout sofa.

Living room: Sleeper sofa



The home’s full bathroom is upstairs and features a shower.



Prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in the kitchen, which includes a flat-top stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and dining space for six. After a day at the beach or around town, settle into the living room with a sofa, two accent chairs, a large rug, and a smart TV ready for your personal streaming accounts.



The front patio and garden offer additional space to unwind outdoors. Guests can use the two Adirondack chairs, six-person dining set, and propane grill for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or dinner outside.



Rockport’s beaches, harbor, galleries, stores, and restaurants are all within easy reach. Local dining options include fresh seafood at The Fish Shack and dinner at Feather & Wedge.

Damage: Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Damage related to pets is not covered under this waiver.
