Here you’ll enjoy being especially close to the sea, as the beach and the water are only about 50 m away. The ocean view is exceptionally beautiful and enhances many moments—whether during breakfast or in the evening on the terrace. The house is a smoke-free vacation home and is situated on a private lot with a garden (lot size approx. 4,500 m²), which features garden furniture, a lawn for sunbathing, and even a small pond to create a peaceful atmosphere. An open fireplace also adds to the cozy atmosphere, creating a warm ambiance on cooler days.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa area and a dining area. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with everything you need on vacation: an oven, a glass-ceramic stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Everyday needs are also taken care of, including a washing machine (for personal use), vacuum cleaner, iron, clothes rack, and ironing board. The bathroom features a shower with a tub and a hair dryer; there is also a separate toilet. The central heating system, which includes underfloor heating, is also convenient, ensuring you enjoy comfortable temperatures year-round.

Technology and entertainment options are also available: Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite connection (digital), as well as a radio and CD player. Games are provided for those little moments of leisure. A particular advantage is the excellent infrastructure surrounding the vacation home: shopping and restaurants are each about 200 m away, and public transportation is within about 200 m. You can enjoy your vacation even without a big road trip, as a car isn’t necessary. If you do arrive by car, a private parking space for one vehicle is available.

***THE TEA HOUSE RIGHT ON THE MUDFLATS***
The cozily furnished tea house invites you to linger in every season. You can observe the Wadden Sea—“World Natural Heritage Site”—up close, with its multitude of birds and aquatic animals, at both low tide and high tide. The little house was built entirely of wood and stands on wooden stilts directly on the dike. Even during storm surges and high waves, you can experience this natural spectacle without getting your feet wet.
Treat yourself to breathtaking sunrises in the morning and romantic evenings with a glass of wine.
On clear days, you can see the island of Föhr across the way and all the Halligen islands with their lighthouses in the evening. The town of Nebel, with its church tower on the left, is clearly visible. The view then extends across the Wadden Sea to the northern tip of Amrum.

*** “Kleiner Wattprinz” Bungalow ***
In addition to the main house, there is a separate, small bungalow with a floor area of 18 square meters. “Kleiner Wattprinz” is furnished for 2 people. It features a combined living and sleeping area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a private terrace. The bungalow can be booked in addition to the main house, “Wattprinzessin.” This provides space for up to 5 people.
