A full single-family home in one of Houston's most sought-after neighborhoods, with an outdoor setup guests can't stop talking about. A real home base for events, work trips, medical stays, or anyone who just wants space and comfort in the city.

WHY GUESTS LOVE IT

The backyard is the star. A fire pit ringed by six Adirondack chairs, string lights overhead, a gas grill ready for dinner, and a dining table for six under an umbrella. Most guests book for the location — and rebook for the outdoor space.
Inside: two king bedrooms with quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and a plush sectional made for a slow morning or a late night in. A Level 2 EV charger on the driveway — one of the few in the Heights. A four-car private driveway, so parking is never a question.
And then there's the neighborhood. More on that below.

THE HONEST OVERVIEW

We put this first on purpose. Knowing these now means no surprises later.
Quiet residential neighborhood:
• No parties or events of any kind. Outdoor quiet hours after 9 PM are strictly observed — neighbors live close.
One bathroom, shared by all guests:
• Comfortable for couples and small groups; plan ahead for 2+.
Before check-in, every guest:
• Signs a guest agreement and provides government ID before check-in instructions are released.
• Guests with no reviews or a rating under 4 stars also complete ID verification plus a refundable deposit or damage waiver. No exceptions.
Parking:
• Driveway fits 4 cars, plus free street parking. The garage is not guest-accessible.
About the pool & gym:
• This home does not have a pool or gym on-site. What we list is Emancipation Park — a free community park with great facilities (seasonal pool, full gym) a short drive away, free with valid ID.
Good to know:
• Sofa bed linens provided on request — just ask before arrival.
• Neighbor's dogs occasionally bark, mornings and evenings. Outside our control, rarely an issue, but worth knowing.
• Houston insects (seasonal, outdoors) are normal for the climate. Professionally treated — message us about anything indoors and we'll handle it free.
• Security: Smart lock self check-in. Exterior cameras at entry points only. No interior cameras. Decibel-only noise monitoring — no audio or video recording.
• Starter supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash) provided for first 48 hours. Replenishment is the guest's responsibility.
• Historic hardwood floors throughout — natural creaking is part of the character. Let us know if you notice anything and we'll address it promptly.
