Street-facing windows mean occasional outside noise is part of the experience. The neighborhood is in active redevelopment — it's urban, it's real Houston, and it's not for everyone. If you're looking for a quiet suburban setting or luxury finishes this unit is probably not your best match. If you want a clean, well-maintained space close to everything with a host team that actually responds, this is it.
