The Space:

Commanding a prime location, this 2BR/2BA condo is located at the Redstone Center, a mere 300 yards from the city bus line. Enjoy direct access to Canyons Village, Park City Mountain, and Deer Valley. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of a hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment.



Inside, a stylish floor plan features ample natural light, hardwood floors, and a cozy fireplace.



LIVING AREA



After a fun day on the mountain, enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace in the living room and watch favorite shows on the 40” flat-screen TV. Two plush armchairs and a leather sleeper sofa offer comfy seating.



KITCHEN & DINING



Whip up hearty meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.



Perch at the breakfast bar for two, or gather in the dining room which seats eight.



BED & BATH



This ground-floor unit sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.



Rest easy in a king-size bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, a separate jetted tub, and large closet.



The second bedroom has a full-size bed and another 40” TV. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Street parking requires a permit and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Good location

Good location to the mountain, restaurants, shopping centers and Wal-Mart. I would definitely stay here again. Only wish we had access to the garage.

Vacasa was great! They’re very responsive and attentive. Not that I had a lot of issues but when I did, they responded and resolved each little one. What I would like to pass along, for light sleepers like me, is that this is a ground floor unit with a very heavy walker living above. So, I didn’t get to sleep until they went to sleep, and when they got up for the day my sleep was done. When the owner left, their pet wasn’t happy and would bark off and on until the owner returned. The units location, cleanliness and comfortability I would rate high, and I would probably bring a sound machine with me to alleviate the various noises from the unit above for my next stay.

The communication regarding checkin/checkout was not great. Once I was able to speak with a representative I was able to work things out, but it required me contacting them. The property itself was clean, but not well appointed, just the basics. It's a rental...and the use shows. The location is very close to everything in Redstone. It's also next to the highway so lots of road noise. Parking is an issue, it's very limited and in high ski season would be difficult.

Perfect for sky hunting

Well located, in the small city close to markets and restaurants. The Condo is comfortable, well equipped. It’s next to Park City and easy drive to most ski resorts. The only plus would have been access to the garage.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ITs unfortunate i have to give this rental experience a low score as it could have been higher. ALso, the Dave the maintenance technician is Awesome and this review is not a reflection of his performance. we stayed for 2 weeks. Overall it was ok. However, for the money paid we were disappointed. I specifically asked what type of coffee machine, and the parking. when we arrived, there was no Kurig machine as we were told, and no garage parking, and the parking in front of unit was always occupied by the medical center employees. Then, satellite tv went out and got fixed. Then the fireplace would not stay on. and The jet tub does not work. I dont mind the cost, but i like to get what i pay for.

Nice Location

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was very close to several restaurants and a couple of nice shopping centers. The only downfall was that the hot water would only run for about 15-20 minutes before running out. It would take hours to heat back up. We had three adults and two children staying in the condo and the lack of hot water made it uncomfortable. Also, the oven stopped working out last night there and smelled like gas. Our assumption is that the gas was running low. Lastly I asked for helped with the shuttle to understand how often it picked up and was directed to the cities website almost 12 hours after my request. We were dealing with a rental agency and not a local who truly understood the location.

Roomy with Nice Views

We enjoyed our stay here. We spent the first few days in Park City. It was really nice to come to Heber City and enjoy the beautiful views. Good location not far to the action.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very homey and the neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Walking trail close by too!

Great stay, nice property as pictures

Everything went very smooth and the property was well equipped. Only confusion was on parking as the bulletin inside the home said we could only park in the street but the listing said we could park in the lot. Very happy overall and would recommend to anyone!

Sufficient, Clean Property with Thin Walls

Had absolutely zero issues during our stay - except those caused by upstairs neighbors. (They partied until well into the night, blasting music that could clearly be heard in our unit. The thumping of steps above could also be heard).... Master shower was also a little moldy, small, and door didn't close properly... But the property was otherwise very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the location near restaurants, groceries, and shopping! Would stay here again (and hope for better neighbors).

The condo looks exactly as it did online. Condo was beautiful, brand new, and pristine. Beautiful, warm fireplace. Negatives is that it is attached to a shopping outlet parking lot. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything above you if you are on the 1st floor. Definitely request an upper condo. But overall, convenient to everything and spacious.

Great location! Just the right size!

Great property for two mountain biking couples! The garage easily held and secured our bikes when we weren’t on the trails. We had plenty of space inside the home and ample parking outside. We had so many good food choices within an easy walk plus the bike/walking path was right outside our door!
