FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Entry Level - Features an open-concept great room designed for gathering, including a well-equipped kitchen with new kitchenware, dining area, and a living room with brand-new furniture and a gas fireplace. This level is uniquely designed with TWO Primary Suites, both featuring en-suite baths for ultimate convenience. Outdoor spaces include a covered front porch, a rear deck, and a screened-in porch with new outdoor furniture overlooking the fairways.
Second Floor - Offers three additional guest bedrooms and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This level provides plenty of privacy for children or extended family, complemented by a library of books and videos for quiet evening entertainment.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Bear Trap Dunes, a community among Delaware's finest destinations for relaxation, rejuvenation, and enjoying the best spoils of beach life. Guests will enjoy two refreshing outdoor pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, snack bar, beach shuttles, golf pro shop, and the Coastal Kitchen restaurant & pub. Voted in the top 5 golf courses in Delaware by Golf Week, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club features a scenic Rick Jacobson designed golf course set on coastal terrain and abundant sand dunes.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion at the prevailing rate established by the association. The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only; guest pools are located at the community pavilion. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 12 people.-There is free parking for 2 vehicles.
-Pet Policy: 1 dog (20 lbs or less) is welcome. No other animals allowed.
-Equipment: 5 Roku TVs, DVD player, Keurig, gas grill, and a garage. Beach chairs and bikes are provided as courtesy items (not guaranteed).
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
