Favorite Eagle Crest Condo

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful townhouse! The decor is stylish and welcoming, and the home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms did get a bit warm at night, even with the thermostat set to low, but it didnā€™t take away from our overall experience. Weā€™re already looking forward to reserving this amazing condo for our next visit to Eagle Crest!

Beautiful home in Eagle Crest near Redmond

This is a wonderful home in the beautiful Eagle Crest development near Redmond.The decor in the home is perfect for the Deschutes area. Everything was spacious, and the back yard was an open area. The property manager responded quickly via text whenever I had any questions. I highly recommend this home for a getaway.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed!

This home was so clean and well acquainted that you feel like you're at home. Nothing was overlooked. The set up was perfect for our family! We weren't able to use any of the amenities, so I can't comment on those. The neighborhood is sprawling and absolutely beautiful! Bring your groceries (on the way into Eagle Crest) and make yourself at home!

Vacasaā€™s cleaning standards are awful.

In early booking, we requested early check in, if possible. I was told it would be considered and that we would receive a message about it the morning of our reservation if allowed. This makes it difficult for people traveling any great distance to plan their travel, but okay, I get it. We arrived about 35 mins prior to check in time of 4pm. I messaged again to see if we could get in early as no one was around (ie, cleaning crew) and was giving a very confusing response but ultimately told no. We sat in the car and waited, and got in at our original check in time. Upon entry, we toured the home, opened up the blinds and unpacked our car. As we settled in, each guest (5 adults) commented on how dirty the house was. The bedding had not been changed from prior guests, as we found crumbs and hair on the pillow cases and in the sheets. The bathrooms were less than desirable, with half used toiletries in the shower stall, trash cans hadnā€™t been emptied, the floors were dusty and hair covered, among other cleanliness issues, to top it all off, we found someoneā€™s soiled underwear in the restroom upstairs. Vacasa was made aware of this and the response I received was that they were working with local staff to improve the experience. No offer to send someone out, no offer of a cleaning deposit refund, nothing. Grossly disappointed in Vacasa. This is no fault of the home or owners, this lies with the management company. Avoid Vacasa at Eagle Crest if you expect cleanliness.

A wonderful cabin!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin felt large and spacious for two families. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need - crock pot, sharp knives, stainless steel pans, placemats, etc. The only thing that could be improved is the upstairs beds should probably be replaced. This cabin is well maintained and was a joy. We will for sure return. Thank you for creating such a wonderful vacation home and sharing it with other families.

I gave it 3 stars, rather than 5 because the upstairs shower did not work and check out was 10:00 a.m. We assumed because they were doing extra cleaning due to Covid, but with the crumbs left on surfaces, it left me doubting. Otherwise, nice place, well appointed kitchen, beautiful views.

I have stayed in many vacation homes and this is the first kitchen that was well stocked with all kitchen necessities. The unit was clean and had plenty of space for 8 people. Very comfortable place to stay.
