The Space:

Slip into an island state of mind at this charming, family-friendly condo just minutes from the beach. Part of the Wyndham Resort on the islandā€™s southern tip, on-site amenities (fees apply) include three pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a playground, and mini golf. The beach and golf are just minutes away, with amenities like restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores around three miles down the road. The home also has a view of 10th Fairway on the golf course overlooking the lagoon.



At home, enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on any of three balconies, including two with open-air, golf-course views and a screened, tree-lined porch. Inside the lofted, airy space, youā€™ll find abundant natural light, beachy, nautical decor, and lots of space to spread out. Prep some snacks for the beach in the full, well-equipped kitchen, or sit down for a family meal together at the window-front table. Spend the day at Edisto Beach State Park, a little over three miles away, then relax at home with your favorite show on any of four streaming-capable TVs. Free WiFi and the desk in the loft will please any remote workers. With additional perks including central AC and a washer/dryer, the only question remaining is how many extra days to book.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The fireplace is not operational.

This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.

Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Great stay

Love this condo in a great section of Edisto Beach. Very clean and roomy. My only suggestion is to upgrade your towel sets (too thin and rough) and not enough of them. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Early Summer Trip

We couldnā€™t have asked for a better vacation! The condo was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It rained a few days while we were there, but it was so relaxing to sit on the porch with a book and a cup of coffee, we didnā€™t mind it. Our family would definitely love to stay again sometime!

Inviting and Cozy Rental

We loved our stay at Ripple Effect. It was my Birthday weekend and we rode out Helene in the house. Loved the cozy and open-air atmosphere. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the decks and watching wildlife. We highly recommend this rental.

This was our second stay at this property and once again, we were so pleased. We love the beautiful beach decor and the comfortability of the furnishings. Everyone has their own space with tv access. Love the patios and turtle watching! All the things you need can be found, extra blankets, dishes, pots/pans, etc. This place is the perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Edisto.

A perfect location and beautiful home! Clean and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views off of 3 porches! Greeted each morning by deer and so many turtles- and even saw a small alligator right off the back porch! Also loved the keypad door! No keys to keep up with!

Wonderful!

We really loved the place! It was perfectly clean and we especially loved the decks! Only thing that bothered me at first was you couldn't lock the one door to the deck off the dining room/living room.The lock wouldn't engage. But since it was basically on the second floor, I really didnt expect anyone to climb up to the deck from the ground anyway. We loved it and will definitely stay again!

Great Getaway close to nature

This is a fabulous property!!!! This beautifully decorated stand alone villa is fully equipped for the whole family. We were able to watch the deer every morning and evening. It is close to the Wydam Resort pools, putt-putt, golf course,restaurants, beach, and fishing. The home is next to a small stream next to the golf course on one side and the street and golf course on the other. Decks are everywhere to enjoy your view. We brought our doggie which didn't even scare the deer! You have to see it to believe it.

Comfy home

This was the 2nd year for us staying at a Vacasa home. It was very comfortable. Appliance were nice. The community is a great place to stay. Which is why we chose to go back again this year. The walk to the beach took about 10-15mins. The coded door is nice. Not having to worry about keys, but the code was very long. I never remembered it but my daughter did. The main thing that I have noticed in the past 2yrs is that both properties could of been cleaned better. Mostly the floors and area rugs.
