Living space

The open-plan living area brings the group together naturally - comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and enough room to spread out without feeling cramped. Ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep things cool year-round, and the layout flows easily between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it ideal for families or small groups who want space to breathe.



Sleeping arrangements

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, giving two guests a generous night's rest. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer a queen-size bed, comfortably accommodating two guests each. The three-bedroom, three-bed layout is thoughtfully arranged for privacy while keeping the whole group under one roof - sleeping up to six in total.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked to handle everything from a quick pre-park breakfast to a relaxed dinner in. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - alongside dishes and silverware. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals. The washer and dryer are a welcome bonus for longer stays or post-theme-park laundry runs.



Bathrooms

With 2.5 bathrooms, mornings run smoothly even with a full group. Essentials are provided - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryer - so you can pack light and arrive ready.



Connectivity & comfort

High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or get a few things done between adventures. Multiple flat-screen TVs keep evenings flexible - movie night, sports, or a quiet wind-down before tomorrow's itinerary.



Community amenities

Reunion's gated community comes with access to a pool and a well-equipped gym - ideal for a morning swim or a workout before heading out. Free parking on premises is included, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival seamless, whatever time you get in.



Location

Reunion sits roughly six miles from Walt Disney World, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy driving distance. Out the back gate, you'll find an abundance of dining options covering every cuisine imaginable, plus water parks, airboat rides, and alligator farms that give Central Florida its own distinct character. Inside the community, the atmosphere is relaxed and residential - golf carts share the roads, the speed limit is 25 mph, and the pace slows down in the best possible way.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
